Shipping & Delivery

All items are shipped USPS Mail or Priority Mail. I will only ship to the address listed when you make your purchase.  So please make sure that your Shipping address is correct when ordering.

U.S. Domestic Buyers - Most of my jewelry is made to order, unless otherwise stated in my listing.  Production time to create these pieces are within 5-7 days of payment or after your payment clears (if you're paying with a debit card or credit card).

International Customers: 
USPS First Class International for $15.00 or USPS International priority for $30.00.  Insurance is required for $1.50 per $100 of merchandise.  We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any local taxes, VAT's or tariffs.  Duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping.  It is the buyer's responsibility.  
Note for all International customers:  You may also experience longer custom delays.  It might take up to an additional 7-10 working days, or sometimes even 30 days depending on your location to receive your order.
Once your order has been shipped out, I have no control over how long the post office may take to deliver your package. 

Returns & Replacements

Refunds and exchanges on NON PERSONALIZED JEWELRY will be issued up to 14 days after your purchase, if you are completely unsatisfied with your jewelry. Please contact me for a refund or exchange before you leave negative feedback on my account.

Please also note that each jewelry charm is hand stamped and the process is tedious and time consuming. I will do my very best to make sure that each charm is aligned properly and spacing is consistent. Again, each charm is hand stamped and not laser etched by a machine, so there might be slight imperfections that I like to think adds a bit of whimsy to each piece.

Each semi-precious gemstone is hand selected by me to create a one of a kind piece.  Please note that some stones may have minor inclusions or natural flaws because no two stones are alike.

CARING FOR YOUR JEWELRY: Sterling Silver, Copper & Brass will tarnish over time due to skin oils and environmental factors. To keep your jewelry shiny, always store in an airtight container.  Use a polish cloth after each use to remove any natural skin oils that might have left a residue on your piece.  Do not wear your jewelry in water or chlorine.
